About Aliza

When I was little, I wanted to be a ballerina.  And the first female catcher for the New York Mets.  Neither happened, but I still love ballet and baseball.  And glassblowing.  And “Curb Your Enthusiasm.”  And my kids.  And my husband.  And my friends.  And, now, writing.

I fear my lack of focus may hurt a bit (“Yes, but what do you write ABOUT???”)  Hopefully, though a few common threads will emerge – lessons I’ve learned, situations I’ve handled (or not,) finding balance and making peace with imperfection.  Not just gritting my teeth through imperfection or tolerating it.  Actually making peace with it.  But not embracing it, because anyone who knows me knows this would be going just a little too far.  I’m only so healthy, ya know?  :)

Anyhow, please come along for the ride on the A-Train, which could stand for either “Aliza” or “ADHD” or “Anything I Happen To Feel Like Writing.”
